YouTube just dropped a massive update, that is a huge bombshell for small, creators and it is going to completely, change social media it is going to, completely change YouTube and the only, question is are you going to be one of, the creators that takes advantage of, this becomes a full-time Creator in the, next 12 months because basically YouTube, just became the everything app and this, is one of the biggest changes ever to, social media and you need to make sure, that you take advantage of it in fact, they just help this Creator do it and, gain 4 million subscribers this greater, 2 million and this greater over 400 000, subscribers and the same exact thing can, happen to you if you simply pay, attention to the updates I'm about to, share with you and make sure that you, actually take advantage of them which by, the way I will tell you how to do at the, end of this video but before I get into, that I need to make sure that you smash, the Subscribe button if you want to grow, quicker on YouTube Instagram or Tick, Tock I'd literally upload a video about, how to grow on these platforms every, single day in addition to that I created, a free YouTube growth course you could, lot like it looks like the community tab, is basically Facebook and Twitter it, looks like the shorts feed is Instagram, reels and Tick Tock and the long form, videos well that's YouTube as we knew it, in the past and what does that make that, makes the everything app because it, doesn't matter what kind of content you, create you have an opportunity to push, that content on YouTube in addition to, that you guys need to understand, something YouTube is owned by Google, Google has more data than anything else, on this planet in addition to that Tick, Tock is really just a social media app, right now Instagram is just a social, media app Facebook it's just a social, media app YouTube just became both a, social media app and the number one and, number two search engine ever so, basically this isn't just a social app, that's defined by Network effects it's a, social Show app that has the most, utility out of any app that's ever, existed and if you want to grow a huge, business you want to become a full-time, Creator you need to be on YouTube to, have the most money they pay creators, the most amount of money with the shorts, fun that's coming it's going to, completely change the way that short, form content is monetized because up, until now it hasn't really been, monetized that great unless you were, selling a product or you're able to sign, a really big brand deal but now that is, all completely going to change and you, need to make sure you are paying, attention to what I'm about to share, with you because I'm going to give you, the blueprint on how you can take, advantage of this so let's dive into it, first and foremost one major change that, has finally come is you can upload, long-form content and short form content, in the same exact day in the past I, would have recommended that you do not, do this but now you can do this you can, upload on the community app you could, upload on the shorts tab you could, upload on a long form tab all on the, same day and I strongly suggest that you, do that but what I would suggest that, you do is when you drop a long firm, video you should drop three four five, six seven eight shorts that are all, about that long form video so that, somebody that gets suggested your short, form content will watch that piece of, short form content and then they get, suggested your long-form content or you, create a community post that does one of, two things one it could have your call, to action in it so it could say, something along the lines of have you, subscribed yet and then a poll with yes, or no and then create an auto subscribe, link which you can simply make if you, just do a Google search or on YouTube in, fact if you want me to make a video, about how to make an auto subscribe link, let me know below and I will make one of, those videos so that you can actually, learn how you can have people subscribe, automatically simply by just clicking a, link in addition to that you need to, make sure that you are uploading, Community posts that also have something, to do with the piece of content you're, creating for example if I were to do one, for this piece of content it would be, did you know that the YouTube algorithms, changed it would be a poll yes no and, then it will be find out all the changes, here and have the link to the piece of, content the reason that you want to do, that polls get more engagement more, engagement gets pushed more and it also, has the link on it so people are then, going to click that link and then come, watch this video and I would suggest, that that would drive thousands maybe, even tens of thousands of additional, views that people would have never seen, and then in addition to that after they, then engage with that guess what happens, it gets suggest that more videos of mine, ultimately that is going to be a move, that causes tens of thousands of views, for simply one Community post and it's, the same exact thing that you as a small, Creator right now could take advantage, but that's not it there are several, other things so let's dive into them, another one of the major updates that, have come to YouTube is YouTube's, Community tab is being rolled out to, everybody in the past you needed a, certain amount of subscribers in order, to get the community tab but now that is, not the case if you don't have access to, the community tab yet you will have, access to it in the future and I, strongly suggest that the second you get, access you start posting because I don't, know if it's going to be long-form, content short form content or Community, posts it's going to make you go viral, for the first time or that's going to, show you a strategy that you can, continue to use over and over again but, I do know that you need to make sure, that you're taking advantage of all, three of these products because if, you've been on YouTube for a while or, you've watched my videos for a while, then you understand something you, understand that the social media, landscape is changing more than it ever, has been before more updates are coming, out more changes are coming out the, reason being is because it's way more, competition 10 years ago it's really, only Facebook and then it was really, only Instagram and then for a little bit, it was really only YouTube and then, really only Tick Tock but now all these, platforms are incredibly competitive and, YouTube just made a major move that is, going to force the hands of Instagram, Tick Tock Facebook to be able to remain, relevant so we'll see what they're going, to be doing but what I know you need to, be doing is you need to be doubling down, on shorts the reason that you need to, double down on shorts is because it has, more reach than anything else and right, now might be one of the last, opportunities for you to actually take, advantage of this because of the update, that I share with you number one that, YouTube changed everything around well, guess what that means that means that, more big creators are going to come on, to YouTube shorts that means that people, that wouldn't have posted on YouTube, shorts in the past because it wasn't, aesthetically pleasing we're going to, start posting on YouTube shorts that, means that big creators that had a short, channel are going to get rid of that, short Channel and start posting that on, their main channel so they're going to, get more reach and you know what that, means for you that there's not going to, be as big of a demand for Content, because there's going to be more Supply, coming onto YouTube soon so you need to, make sure that you're uploading shorts, now you're taking advantage of this, small window of opportunity and you need, to make sure that you're actually, creating content that is going to last, forever way too many people on shorts, right now are focused on short form, content that might go viral for 24 hours, you need to be focused on things that, are going to get continuously, recommended you need to be making shorts, content the same same way that you would, make long-form content go after things, that are getting searched go after, things that are getting recommended go, after things that are complementary, answer people's questions and ultimately, that is going to allow you to be a, successful YouTube Creator if you, implement this next step also now the, final thing that we need to cover is you, need to understand something when you, post a YouTube short YouTube's algorithm, has completely changed with shorts and, one of the biggest changes that has come, is that they're now taking into, consideration the first three seconds of, your video way more what do I mean by, this you need to be delivering on, whatever the title and the thumbnail are, in the first three seconds this could be, setting that story up this could be, telling the viewers what you're going to, be seeing this could be reiterating the, title of the video whatever the case is, you need to make sure that you're doing, that because YouTube has stopped pushing, out accounts that aren't doing that the, reason that they're pushing out accounts, that aren't actually setting the, expectation is because it led to a, terrible and I mean terrible consumer, Behavior where people would upload a, title and then the content would have, absolutely nothing to do with the title, but the title would get pushed because, of what the topic was or how many people, would click on it or how many people, would watch it and initially but then, those people would massively drop off, and they hated watching videos like that, so you need to make sure that whatever, your video is about whatever the title, is you need to be talking about that, thing immediately you need to be setting, the stage for that thing immediately now, I'm not telling you that the best part, of your video has to come in the first, two seconds of the video but I mean it, would help if it did but you need to, make sure that you're setting the stage, the same exact way that in the first 15, seconds of this video I set the stage of, what's to come and I tease what the, ending is going to be you need to make, sure that you're doing that in your, shorts content whether you're doing, entertaining content whether you're, doing educational content it doesn't, matter what matters is you need to be, setting the expectation for the viewer, if you want them to stick around you, want to get a high amount of watch time, and ultimately you want them to be, satisfied and come back again because, that's another thing that really matters, with that algorithm now if you're still, struggling to grow on YouTube right now, you're not getting the views you want, you're not getting the subscribers you, want well Earlier I just woke up to this comment on my shorts vid, Idk why what’s with people like this. I also noticed that my shorts tend to get some dislikes then would disappear an hour or a day after. I just recently started youtube about a month, so yeah I’m still new to this. 1

I don't know why my streaming is broken. HBO, and Netflix both are unwatchable but games and youtube work fine. I've already deleted and reinstalled streaming and its still broken 3

hey timeworks, I decided to spam Shorts to see the result for the sake the science. and in 5 minutes, one short went from 0 to 2k views and I reached from 4 to 18 subs. now it's 32. YouTube algorithm is indeed broken. 4
